An updated home in the gardens of Bayport.

Set within the private 800 cluster of Bayport Beach & Tennis Club, Unit 837 is a thoughtfully updated ground-floor home with its own walk-out entrance and a private garden patio. Two bedrooms, two baths, 1,260 square feet, turnkey furnished.

Mornings begin on the lanai with the rustle of palms; afternoons drift between the Gulf, a few steps west, and the bay, a few steps east; evenings end with the golden glow of a Longboat sunset, glass in hand.

Built in 1983 and designed by Tim Seibert of the Sarasota School of Architecture, Bayport is an award-winning, twenty-seven-acre Gulf-to-Bay community celebrated for its lushly landscaped grounds, garden walking paths, and 1,200 feet of private white-sand beach.

A note from the owners.

We bought 837 thinking we'd spend a winter or two on Longboat Key. Decades later, we still do.

What we love most about Bayport is the rhythm. Coffee on the lanai while the palms wake up. A walk to the beach before the heat lifts. An afternoon swim. Dinner with friends on the bay. It hasn't changed. That, more than anything, is the point.

If you stay with us, we hope you find your own version of that pace. Welcome to 837.
